Financial hardship means situations where you may have difficulty in meeting your financial obligations. Agile Underwriting Services Pty Ltd (AGILE) has policies and training for employees to help them identify if you are experiencing financial hardship, AGILE may be able to provide support to you.
This support could include fast-tracking of claims if you have an urgent financial need, payment options for your claims excess, or putting action to recover an amount from you on hold if we identify you are experiencing financial hardship.

Financial Hardship Application
“Financial Hardship” means you are having difficulty meeting your financial obligations.
If you owe money to Agile Underwriting Services Pty Ltd (AGILE) or the assessment of your claim has been delayed due to the gathering of information to make a decision and you experience Financial Hardship, you can apply to AGILE to see if you qualify for assistance.
