Insure 247 is a online insurance brokerage that specialises in Micro SME.
What was the journey that brought you to your current role?
I started on the phones as an insurance salesman in 2010 and gradually worked toward becoming a broker we now have a team of around 20 SME experts working to service our 10,000 clients Australia & New Zealand wide.

Customer Experience & Creating a culture and environment to get the best our of our awesome team!
What’s a mistake you’ve made that you’ll never make again?
We haven’t made this mistake yet but we would never run our brokerage using a paper based filing system having the best in class CRM is integral to providing our customers with the best possible customer experience as well as having real time compliance & notes.
What’s the one secret about your field or industry you wish everyone knew?
That times are changing, there is certainly still a place for traditional brokerage’s but some customers are using other avenues to source their insurance cover. Its a must to make sure you cover each of these & provide clients with an ease of transaction offering that still includes the full service and benefits of a broker.
