What was the journey that brought you to your current role?

Starting at Suncorp in 1990 as risk adviser.The brokering opportunity arrived in 2011 with Ausure as an Authorised Represenative

The fundamentals of insurance wasn’t changed .The technology has changed for the better of the industry


What are your predictions for the industry for the next few years?

The remuneration with advisers and other intermediaries will change to flat fee for service format on certain products

Remain focus on the business and in the business


What are the biggest problems you face when dealing with MGAs, underwriters or insurers?

Lack of experienced staff in the industry
